Editor – I would be failing in my duty if I did not thank the staff at KZN Ambulance Service, Ladysmith KZN, publicly for excellent service.
I phoned for an ambulance for a gentleman who had collapsed.
1. The phone was answered immediately.
2. In no time, the ambulance arrived.
The two paramedics, Mr BI Njoko and Ms NN Mbatha, took over so professionally. The gentleman was put on oxygen immediately and stabilised.
I would like to congratulate them on the excellent service they provided, and I urge the public not to always criticise.
