Tired of being broke: No end in sight with high prices

I know the economic situation is tough at the moment, but why must the common man bear the brunt of it?

Madam –

The petrol price has increased yet again, leaving the average person pulling at their hair.

The continuous fuel hikes, alongside the ever increasing cost of food and other necessities are draining our finances, as despite the increase in the cost of living, our salaries stay the same.

I believe it is easy for people in management positions at companies to go about their daily lives, but what about us that do the bulk of the work?

How are we to survive when our salaries are under R8 000? There are those who are forced to survive on less.

When do we get our increase? When will we be able to live in a way where we can support our families without having to stress about making ends meet?

I know the economic situation is tough at the moment, but why must the common man bear the brunt of it?
