Editor – In recent months, there have been so many shootings taking place in Ladysmith and surrounding areas. It makes me scared for my life and my family. Nowhere is safe!
I recently heard about the lady who was shot dead in her car while driving in Ezakheni. Gosh, we can’t even drive anywhere because it is so dangerous.
The police need to catch the killers and let them face justice to the fullest. This will put doubt in other killers’ heads before they think about committing a crime.
I live in Acaciavale and was traumatised when I heard about the ANC candidate who was shot in Acaciavale on Monday afternoon. This is unbelievable! We are not safe anywhere and this really scares me.
I have little children and I fear them walking anywhere because people just shoot around the place and don’t get caught. The police need to find these suspects as soon as possible and set a good example once and for all.
Let justice be served, we all deserve that!
