Madam- It fills my heart with joy, knowing we have residents such as Jenny Capes and the Curves team, who have gone above and beyond to feed the hungry over the last couple of weeks.

It’s not an easy task to a community as a whole to join in and make a difference in someone else’s life, but, they have proved it can be achieved.
I have seen the Curves team at Pick n Pay, and honestly, they love the task at hand, and clearly anyone can see that they are doing this food project with the utmost joy and enthusiasm.

Another aspect of their food drive which I admire, is that they have provided people from all walks of life with food, clothes and blankets, and have not turned anyone away. They have been committed to their project, and made sure they could help as many families as possible.
As a fellow resident, I would like to thank the Curves team for being the wonderful people they are, and for opening their arms, hearts and time to the less fortunate people of our town. Each and every one of you has made this town proud.
