It’s time to make a difference

I would like to SEE staff working and making a difference to the hygiene of this rat and fly infested town

Can the municipal workers not be given spades to dig up the rubbish left on the pavement in front of a restaurant in Harding Street? Also this restaurant should be issued with a letter to dispose of their refuse hygienically.

Then the endless problems regarding our gutters. Please ensure DAILY clean-up of rubbish and tree branches/leaves. This caused all the drains to block, almost causing our shops to flood from The Estcourt Pharmacy to The Bed Shop. Our town is in a disgusting, filthy mess.

There is clear evidence that no one cares but you all clearly still draw your lovely salaries. You need to ensure that all the rubbish littering this town is collected regularly. The staff needs to walk the streets and pick up the rubbish lying around.

After the rains this place is a mess and we bear the brunt of it all. All the rubbish that is left in Victoria Street opposite the athletics club gets washed down the driveways of those simplexes into Belmont Court property.

Also all of this town’s filth comes into our road, Albert Street. To date, I haven’t seen a cleaner in this area. I would like to SEE staff working and making a difference to the hygiene of this rat and fly infested town.
