Fireworks traumatise the elderly

I know it's a religious holiday but we are old and I wish we did not have to put up with this every year

Sunday night’s fireworks in Lorne Street across from Shepstone Place was terrible.

Do these people know how the noise traumatised the old people who live there? Can’t they be a bit more considerate? I am terrified that the sparks will set our home alight as the fireworks are directed over the home.

This is disgusting. I know it’s a religious holiday but we are old and I wish we did not have to put up with this every year.

Heaven help us as it’s going to be Guy Fawkes and then New Year. Come on, please consider the old folk at Shepstone Place.
