Editor – To all those who generously ‘blew up’ their budget on Saturday and Sunday in all the neighbourhoods, well done!
Hopefully no budget left for Guy Fawkes weekend. It’s a pity you did not blow up your budget buying food for the pets at the AACL or food for the poor.
People have no respect for pets, as they have such a terrible, frightening experience at this time. Do you have no feelings at all? It is a disgrace that our faithful friends have to be drugged to keep calm.
I pray, and all pet lovers pray, that it pours with rain on November 4, 5 and 6 so there can be no fireworks.
