Who is to be blamed for the poor service delivery in own town, Estcourt Umtshezi?

The people who seem to be responsible for the upkeep of our town are turning a blind eye to their responsibilities in the upkeep of our town.

They, the Municipal Manager, should make sure that all cleaning activities should be supervised by a responsible person and staff are not left by themselves.

Why should the residents of this town go to the newspaper every time to highlight all the bad spots and potholes on our roads? It just tells me one thing about our town’s so called municipality, that the municipal management team has lost their vision for Estcourt and its people.

If we, as citizens of this once beautiful town, could rather invest our rates money and get a private cleaning contractor to do the job, we would see a much better and improved town.
