A desperate cry

Women are deemed as property, something to be utilised by men as dominators of their bodies

We are tired of being dictated to by society, we are desperate to liberate ourselves from the invisible societal hand that dictates the precise actions and behaviours women are subjected to follow.

The mere submissiveness to patriarchy being the foundation of this vicious cycle that allows for women to be fixated behind the bars of oppression and submissiveness.

From birth, society projects an image of who you are and how you ought to behave and we subconsciously conform to such. Women are deemed as property, something to be utilised by men as dominators of their bodies.

Purposefully perpetuating their entitlement on female bodies as though it’s something to be celebrated. Our female bodies are constant sites of violence, ready to be taken advantage of, killed and mutilated.

We are expected to keep quiet about such because the justice system does little to nothing to shield and protect the female body.
It is always the perpetrator before the victim.
