Estcourt is in ruins

Our roads, pavements and verges are a disgrace and an embarrassment to say the least

It is so strange that before we have election for a new mayor/mayoress and councillors we, the public, are promised the earth. BUT once they are elected nothing promised is done!

Our roads, pavements and verges are a disgrace and an embarrassment to say the least.

We, at Shepstone Place Home for the Aged, have had to employ staff at our own expense to clean our gutters, pavements and verges. What, may we ask, has happened to the town treasury department as we can only assume there is no funds to maintain our town as nothing has been done?

ESTCOURT WAS ONCE KNOWN AS THE JEWEL OF THE MIDLANDS, NOW IT IS IN ABSOLUTE RUINS!
