Confusing robot challenges, drivers and pedestrians

RTI officials say that the faulty robot has been reported to the Department of Transport

Sir
Who has the right of way?

The robot at the Karel Landman and Union street crossing is very confusing. When the robot is green for cars in Karel Landman Street it is ALSO  green for the pedestrians using Union street, meaning that two ways of traffic have the right of way.

RTI officials say that the faulty robot has been reported to the Department of Transport but that the Department of Transport apathetically pulled up their shoulders and said that they are not going to do anything about the potentially dangerous situation.

Does somebody have to be killed or injured before something is done about it.
