Shortage of tellers at banks in Estcourt

We have things to do, which are more important than to stand for hours in a queue just to sort out one specific financial task

Through the medium of your newspaper, I would to emphasise on the lack of service at a reputable bank, with only one teller available to handle long queues of frustrated customers.

The only time some of us have is an hour lunch break to run our business errands. Unfortunately during that hour, our errands are incomplete due to the inefficiency we are faced with on a daily basis.

Is it possible for the managers in charge to please enlighten us on the shortage of tellers?

This has been an on-going, issue which needs to be dealt with accordingly taking the customers into consideration.

We have things to do, which are more important than to stand for hours in a queue just to sort out one specific financial task.

I humbly request the bank managers to kindly observe what the customers go through whilst waiting to be helped. There is a lot of anger, frustration and impatience, after all customers come first.

It would be greatly appreciated if more tellers could speed the service up or some of us could lose our jobs by extending our lunch breaks.
