Some laws are there to be broken on a daily basis. It seems like SOLID RED LINES mean nothing in this town. Obstructing traffic is also a daily occurrence.

No one cares about motorists trying to turn left at this intersection in Connor and Albert streets. As long as business continues and the shop is stocked, who cares about the next person.

Clearly, a golden rule of stopping on a solid red line and also not obeying the road rule about parking x meters away from a traffic light, is being completely ignored by the person in the control room (if the cameras are working and if that person is alert), also by our traffic officials.
