A big round of applause for phenomenal Absa teller

Nowadays, people like her are absolutely scarce but highly demanded in our daily businesses

On the morning of March 1, at about 8.40am, I was in a queue at Absa Bank Estcourt branch. The service and the professionalism that I witnessed from a lady Ms Bonisiwe Ndlovu was phenomenal. She was dealing with an old man who had a query regarding his bank account.
This lady handled this issue in a very high professional and respectful manner, with a smile.

I would like to say: “Ms Ndlovu, keep up the outstanding and superb service, you are the good reflection of Absa.”
