Who are the real victims in Colita?

Come on! Wake up before it is too late, when that individual is killed by someone -

I refer to the article published in the March 2 edition of the Estcourt News: Human rights violation in Colita

The recent events in Colita, where the perpetrator has suddenly been made out to be the victim, this is a result of a problem, which seems to be growing i.e. parents not teaching their children basic morals, values and respect for the property of others.

If you, as parents notice that your child has walked into the house with items, which you have not bought for them, find out where they got it from. For how long has this been going on? In fact, it has been the talk of the community for a long, long time.

People have been complaining that they cannot even leave or forget belongings outside for a short time before they are stolen … washing taken off the line and sold for a mere few rands, hose pipes and many more items.

The community that is fed up is being made to be villains here? Come on! Wake up before it is too late, when that individual is killed by someone – people are sick and tired of this.

Parents need to bring their children up as responsible citizens… that should not be the duty of the grandparent while the mothers are enjoying themselves!
