Weenen licensing department gives resident ‘hassles’

We cannot renew or register our vehicles; you get charged an extra R40 for each procedure and what about our traveling cost?

Since January, the printer that prints for the licensing department in Weenen has been broken.

As residents of Weenen we now have to travel Estcourt. We cannot renew or register our vehicles; you get charged an extra R40 for each procedure and what about our traveling cost?

I know I am not the only one having this hassle. This is very frustrating; it has been three months now.

I have tried calling the Pietermaritzburg Licensing Office as of February 19 and got hold of Bridget and a Collette Reddy. Either they are not very helpful or they do not get back to the messages I leave. How much longer will we go through this much trouble to get proper service?
