Editor – I am disappointed in the lack of service delivery from local and district municipalities.
Water shortages have severe implications on residents who rely on this service delivery.
It disrupts our daily lives, especially when we unexpectedly find that the water is off.
Some of us are unable to make provisions for our families at the last minute, and there seems to be no consideration from our municipality.
When there’s no water, people are unable to cook, bath or use the toilets.
This becomes a terrible inconvenience.
