DA councillor demands answers

Due to failure of the ruling party, the Administrator Thandolwethu Manda decides to resign with immediate effect because now it is time to deal with internal affairs.

The African National Congress (ANC) hides their foot prints and this is a part of their intimidation system.
We, as the Democratic Alliance (DA), need answers from the Mayor and Municipal Manager about why the Administrator didn’t attend the strategic planning meeting in May 2018?

Why did he resign? No one notified councillors about this. The community has seen the municipality fail to deliver; there is no electricity, water or housing.

This municipality is running out of funds. The ANC wants to retrench employees. My question is did retrenchment bring back all the money that was lost in our municipality?

The ANC uses municipal resources to fund their project, which is called the Thuma Mina Campaign.
