Local upset about alleged fraud at Shepstone Place

"What cheek she has in asking the public to be compassionate because she is going through a bad time"

As a long-standing citizen of Estcourt who has supported Shepstone Place in most of the fundraising, I am very upset that all the public money was (allegedly) stolen by Mrs Debbie Potgieter. (Estcourt News – Funds ’embezzled’ at Shepstone Place – June 28, page 1).

What is she teaching her children and what cheek she has in asking the public to be compassionate because she is going through a bad time?

What about the home that has been struggling all these years? She should be made to pay back (plus interest) and all the legal fees of Shepstone Place and also do her time in jail.

Please keep us informed in the papers about this case and the amount of money (allegedly) stolen.
