Regarding the Estcourt water tower with all these signal boosters and antennas, has anybody considered the danger of all the radio frequency (RF) signals?

This tower is close to multiple houses in the area. Some clarification on this would be good.
Does the municipality just allow any operator to put up their towers for a fee? It’s concerning.
