I was a patient in Ward 6 at Estcourt Hospital in 2019 and it was the most horrible experience of my life.

All that was said in a previous letter “Disappointment at hospital visit’ is true and I am sorry that I never reported it then.

The lack of concern for the patients and the broken-down facilities were disgusting.
