We may not realise the plight of so many people in our communities and if it were not for the people who help, these people would be even more marginalised.

Without a stable supply of food, it must be very daunting, especially during the lockdown when so many people are not working or are earning less than the income they are used to.

I would like to challenge everyone to try and help if you can. Even if you can donate something small to a needy family in your neighbourhood, I’m sure it would make a big difference.

As winter sets in, there are also many people who don’t have warm blankets or clothes, so let’s also remember those people. Even though we can’t be together, we can still support each other.
