The Rookies division saw an upset, when CJ Myburgh took first place off Tiaan Buys.
Zaakira Khan continued her impressive form, fending off Cathleen de Jager and Shandeera Govender to claim pole position.
In the Tin Tops class, Boet Buys scalped first yet again.
Second place was awarded to JP Bruin, while third spot went to Flip Gericke, decked out to bolster his reputation as Undertaker.
The 1600s class was taken by Duhla Jamaloodeen.
Johann de Jager finished second overall, while Cathleen de Jager raced with the pride of a woman, to take third position.
New faces graced the competitive Go-karts division.
Thabo-Jan Ntjobokoane and Tiaan Buys took gold and silver respectively, with a good first showing from newcomer, Liam Lindeque.
Tiaan continued his form into the 1660s class.
Making up second and third place respectively, were speedsters William Hand and Shaukat Khan.
Volksrust made its mark in the 2-litre division.
Guest, Gert Gericke took first place off regular contenders, Faizel Cassim and Pieter Bester Senior.
Gideon Hand was first overall in the Hot Rods division.
Second spot went to Jean Thompson, while third place was shared by Corrie van der Bergh and Roux van der Colff.
Finally, the results from the fun race.
In private vehicles, Boet Buys claimed the chequered flag, ahead of Willie Myburgh and Mynhardt Myburgh.
“It was a fun night, enjoyed by all. Thanks to the spectators, committee, drivers, families and sponsors!” Oval Track management concluded.
The next race heats up on April 2, from 6pm.
