It’s all about family at Park run
Everyone concurs that the Park run is the perfect blend of family and fun. It is a community that treasures togetherness that cheers each other on to the finish line and keeps each other accountable when it comes to fitness.
This Saturday (November 25) was no different, even though Newcastle was not sparred by the heat wave that had temperatures reaching to the high thirties this past week. The park runners soldiered on, giving their best in efforts to improve their times.
