The Umzinyathi Cricket Association held an awards function to honour the top achievers for the 2012 season.

The Umzinyathi Cricket Association held an awards function honouring the top achievers for the 2012 cricketing season. Logan Govender of the Umzinyathi Cricket Association presented trophies to all the successful teams and players who battled it out for honours in the 2012/13 season.
He was assisted by Wellington Ndlela of Endumeni Municipality and Khaya Buthelezi of the Department of Sport and Recreation in the Umzinyathi area.

Individual trophies (Night League)
Batting: third Henry Liversage (179 runs); second Zeze Khumalo (278s runs); first Faizel Boda (341 games).
Bowling: third Brandon Griffiths (13 wickets); second Wilfred Bierbuam (14 wickets); first Shaun Grinyer (17 wickets).
Saturday 30-over League
Batting: third Jacques Bierbaum (217 runs); second Woeside Bruyns (228 games); first Keegan Naicker (278 runs).
Bowling: third Bradley Randall (9 wickets); second Vernen Naicker (12 wickets); first Joff Davies (14 wickets).
Dedicated scorers Henning-John Meyer, Ivan Naidoo and Leonard Benjamin also received certificates of thanks from Logan.
