Vryheid Bowling Club – Well done our bowlers

CONGRATS to our nine bowlers, Hanna, Noela, Lorraine, Margaret, Ilva, Phillip, Hogart, Soon and Johnny who were selected for the KwaZulu Natal Country Bowls District teams, we are proud of you!
They will participate in the Quadrangulars in Pietermaritzburg in February and the SA Inter-Districts in March.
On Wednesday, we were once again spoilt by Dee’s Restaurant with some lovely snacks for tea. Thank you, Andrew we appreciate it!
This coming weekend is the Northern’s Open Single played here in Vryheid: 8am – 8:30am.
We hope to see some very competitive games. Anyone interested can come watch. You won’t be disappointed.
On October 23 and October 30 we are having A Drawn Trips Competition with Lady Skips in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so please come and play so we can fill the Green.
And yes, you could win prizes!
