The senior girls who competed in the under-16 category in the 200-metres Free Relay event, are Sabrina-Lee Filipe, Skye van der Merwe, Vicky van der Merwe and Amy Fraser. They bettered the existing time of 2:01.77 to 1:59.20.
In the under-11 event, Minette Janse van Vuuren, Ingrid Groenewald, Dominique Nortje and Kayla Pretorius shattered the existing record of 2:26.92 with a time of 2:25.56. Well done to these swimmers, and every competitor who held the club’s name high.
