‘Happiest 5k on the Planet’ comes to Eston

The run will start at 12 midday, with powder paint being thrown at runners at each km mark as they make their way from start to finish

The Colour-me Eston run, taking place on Saturday, February 1 at the Beaumont Eston Farmers Clun in Eston, is shaping up to be an event not to be missed.
Drawing inspiration from The Colour Run, known as the “Happiest 5k on the Planet”, this fun 5 km paint and trail run will be devoted to celebrating health, happiness and giving back to the Eston community.
The run will start at 12 midday, with powder paint being thrown at runners at each km mark as they make their way from start to finish. Runners and supporters can enjoy the afternoon sun with live music and a DJ to keep them entertained after the run.
The venue’s front lawn will be transformed into an arena of colour, music and fun – with food and beverages on sale throughout the afternoon.
There will also be a jumping castle and water slide to keep the kiddies happy. Runners, joggers and walkers are more than welcome. Entries cost R150 for adults and R100 and R60 for children under the age of 10 and 5 respectively. Pre entries are open until Wednesday, January 29, late entries are welcome at R170. Entries are at www.roag.co.za, you can also find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/pages/COLOUR-me-ESTON-run/610160245711198?ref=hl
