Wet weather makes for difficult playing conditions

On Saturday, September 10 the golf club hosted a club competition with a small field of players in wet conditions, which made playing difficult for most golfers.
Winners on 45 points were Siya Mthethwa and P Mabaso. Second on a count out were Gordon Cross and George van Niekerk on 44 points. Closest to the pin on number three was Fred Vickers.
Next Sunday, September 18 will be a fun day for bowlers and golfers, see the notice board at the golf club for details. On Saturday, September 24 will be the monthly Skaap Dag.
All golfers, please be familiar with all marking on the course, white, green and red stakes in the ground at relevant locations, ask committee members for assistance if you do not understand any rules or regulations concerning the game of golf.
