Golfers finish off as friends
The winner of the 2016 competition was Sias Weyers, who received a R3 000 cash prize and the floating trophy.
On Saturday, the Amigo’s Wednesday Competition concluded at the Kilbarchan Golf Club.

Second place went to Trevor Botha, while in third was James Bonthuyzen.
The day’s overall winner was Lionel Phillips, who scored 39 points to edge out Craig Hunter and Johan Hugo respectively.
All sponsors are thanked for contributing to the day’s success.
This included the lunch sponsors, hosts of the corporate water tables and the greenkeepers, Johan and Herman Hugo.
The final word went to main sponsor, Joe Filipe.
He thanked all who were involved for their participation, and stated his hope to see the event grow in numbers this year.
