Justin finishes in top five of first round of BMX World Championships
Grant has described the conditions in Rock Hill as very humid - 'making Durban in December seem cool'.
Justin Dekker today came fourth in the first round of the Cruiser category at the World BMX Championships in the USA.
The Dundee High student will now qualifies for the next round and needs to finish in the top four to ensure he makes into the last qualifying stages.

Dad, Grant, a veteran, will also be racing his first qualifying round. Held in Rock Hill, South Carolina, the World Championships will carry on through to July 30. An estimated 3,000 amateur participants and an estimated 300 professional athletes from over 40 countries are competing.
Grant has described the conditions in Rock Hill as very humid – ‘making Durban in December seem cool’.
He and Justin have said the support they have received from Dundee has been amazing.
