Cricket coaching for youngsters as a way of giving back to the community of Ladysmith
The ground was filled with children having a great time
Kerwin Mungroo, who recently played in the Africa T20 Cup for the KZN Inland team and was recently selected to play for the Dolphins team, gave back to his hometown this past weekend.
He held the Kerwin Mungroo Coaching Clinic for over 100 children at Settlers Park on Saturday morning.
The young cricket stars of the future got to interact with Kerwin and received invaluable advice from him in the form of coaching and also talks about the sport.

Kerwin made sure all the young children had a great day out in the sun as he coached them on the finer points of the “gentleman’s game”.
Children of all age groups, boys and girls, were in good spirits and took full advantage of the opportunity to learn more about the game they love.
Fitness training, batting and bowling practice, and improving fielding skills was on the agenda.
The ground was filled with children having a great time!
For Kerwin, the coaching was his way of giving back to the community of Ladysmith and helping the youth to excel in the game of cricket.
Kerwin will be having more coaching clinics like this one in the very near future, and all are welcome to join him and learn all about cricket.
