Umtshezi Darts Association members kicked off their league games on Thursday.

The Umtshezi Darts Association is made up of committed members who have kept the sport of darts alive in Estcourt. Last Thursday, the association kicked off its league, which will run throughout the year.

Members meet every Thursday at Club Las Vegas in Shepstone Avenue for friendly and competitive games.

Established in 2012, Umtshezi Darts Association has grown through the years.

Currently the association has 16 male and five female players. There is also a ladies league, members have proved their mettle and scooped up prestigious awards at the year-end prize giving.
