This Sunday the Wagendrift Challenge takes over the dam.

The annual sport event is hosted by the Estcourt 74 Round Table, the Wagendrift Challenge and is a family-orientated day, with activities for everyone. The highlights of the day will be the biathlon, triathlon and a MTB race.

The biathlon consists of a 1km swim and a 5km run (solo or teams of two); the triathlon consists of a 1km swim, 5km run and 10km MTB ride (solo or teams of two or three.

There will also be 20km MTB ride and 20km trail run. Registration starts at 6.15am. The trail run commences at 7am, the MTB race at 8am and the biathlon and triathlon will begin at about 8.30am.
