Nan Roos came home with a gold medal after winning the South Africa Masters Bowls Senior Singles Tournament at Windgate Park in Pretoria over the weekend.
The competition was stiff but Nan was as consistent as always as she managed to win all of her round robin games and in so doing booked herself a place in the final. The final lasted a gruelling 27 ends with Nan beating Loraine Victor from Windgate Park 21-19 and so walked away with the gold medal. Congratulations Nan, the Bowling Club is extremely proud of you!
