Durban Pro Shop visitors star on golf course

The Friday Meat Competition, kindly sponsored by Richard Catlett, drew a reasonable field of ten golfers which saw Kevin Donaldson coming out tops with 21 individual points.

This past Saturday Dundee Country Club welcomed two representatives from The Pro Shop in Durban who travelled up to Dundee to enjoy the afternoon playing on the golf course.
Danny Rautenbach and Zander Taljaard had every reason to enjoy their first outing at Dundee C.C. as they were easy winners of the Better Ball Bonus Bogey competition, finishing with a score of +9, four points ahead of the second place pairing of Dan Scholtz and Lorien De Wit.
Zander also managed to earn himself a little extra cash as he was the only winner of the Jackpot, while there were no 2 Clubs recorded on the day.

This coming Saturday, March 3, is not only the Monthly Mug Medal for March but also the first 18 holes of the E Sponsored 36 holes Medal Competition. Members have been given the opportunity to win their 2018/19 club subscriptions valued at over R2 500 with the second and third place positions receiving a substantial reduction in their subscriptions.
The closing date for entries is Friday, March 2 at 6pm. A reminder to all D.C.C. golfers to attend the Special General Meeting for golf members on Monday, March 5 at 6pm.
