Dundee bowls ’em over in Pongola

Congratulations to two Dundee sides, who ended in the top three positions at the Pongola Winter Tournament this past weekend. Carl Arndt and his team came third, and Dougie Slabbert and his team came second, proving yet again that Dundee bowlers are certainly a force to be reckoned with!
KZNCB squad practice – The club would like to wish good bowling and safe travels, to those members who have been invited to the KwaZulu-Natal Country Bowls (KZNCB) squad practice in Vryheid this coming weekend. They will be competing for a place in the teams, selected for the Presidents Cup in October.
Women’s Fun Day – For those women who enjoyed Women’s Day at the Dundee Bowling Club last year, there is good news – yet another fun-filled day is being planned for Women’s Day 2019. The entry fee is R100 per women, which includes a delicious lunch and lots of spoils. Proceedings are to start at 11am.
