Novice Jordan surprises seasoned wrestlers

Jordan's never-say-die approach won him the day

Little Jordan Kershaw (8) surprised more experienced wrestlers, when he claimed gold at a wrestling tournament in Pretoria.
He earned his gold medal in a competition featuring more than 800 grapplers on the mats.
Jordan, who is a novice competitor, was one of the eight wrestlers from the Northern KwaZulu-Natal Rhinos Club who competed in the Johnny Reitz Wrestling Championships.

“This year, the tournament had an international flavour as a 30-man team from the USA also participated,” said coach, Steven Brown.
