Squash Champs produce top-class games
Things are definitely heating up on the court, with courts being booked for practice games every single day.
The Squash Club is in the second week of the 2019 Champs, and players are definitely giving it their all in some great games.
The women are playing a round robin, while the men are playing according to the Swiss pairing format. Things are definitely heating up on the court, with courts being booked for practice games every single day.
Guy Slater and KP Smith had an interesting game, where although Guy won 3 – 0, KP never backed down with a close finish in the last game.
There was also a very competitive game between Hanno van den Berg and Graham Peddie. Graham gave him a good run but Hanno was victorious in the end, with a score of 3 – 1.
With over 30 hopefuls aiming to be crowned the squash champion of 2019, this championship is most certainly one to follow. Come support the players as they sweat it out every weekday, from 5pm at Dundee Squash Club.
