Congratulations to Jabu Xulu and Berno Niebuhr, who cycled the Telkom 947 Mountain Bike Challenge in Johannesburg over the weekend.
The weather conditions were perfect, with a little rain on the course just before to make riding conditions perfect.
The event took place at Steyn City in Johannesburg, where the beautiful single tracks and little streams made it a really special 55 kilometre course. Berno’s son, Alexander (12) took part in the 25km event and also enjoyed it. “Well done and good luck to the cyclists doing the 947 Cycle Challenge (road race), taking place in Joburg as well next weekend.”
