A fantastic achievement for Danika

MICHAELIS pupils and parents got off to a very early start on February 13, as they had to travel to Lüneburg for their annual Interschool Athletics Meeting.

The three German schools, namely Michaelis, Lüneburg and Wittenberg, take part in this fun filled event. Each school gets a turn to host this exciting day, and this year we found ourselves nestled amongst nature, in the beautiful Lüneburg.

Our children pushed themselves and really tried their best. Many medals were won and even a trophy. We would like to congratulate Danika Vyncke on becoming the Junior Victrix Ludorum. What a fantastic achievement. We are so proud of you and every single child that took part in this day.

We would like to thank Lüneburg School for hosting this very well organised event and we look forward to welcoming the schools to our quaint, little town next year.
