A successful golf fundraiser

A wonderful, sunny day with a family atmosphere was evident with the jumping castle, face painting and games

St Gregory Primary School held their annual golf day fundraiser at Estcourt Golf Club on May 21.  A wonderful, sunny day with a family atmosphere was evident with the jumping castle, face painting and games.

The golfers enjoyed the competition and the prizes up for grabs. There were a number of young golfers, which was great to see.

The chipping competition yielded no lucky winner of the fridge; therefore we had to auction it off.  The winners of the day were P Mbhele, M Hlongwane, S Ntombela and C Maphanga.

Ms Potgieter adding excitement to the younger supporters.

The day was a great success due to our sponsors, Ajeesh Lalparsad, golfers and Estcourt community participating in the day.

A very big thank you to all our sponsors who contributed to the day, it would not have been possible without your support.

The next generation showing the more experienced golfers how it should be done.

Thank you to our amazing staff for all their hard work preparing for this day and on the day.  The money raised will be used for the completion of our sports field, which will greatly benefit the school and children.

We, at St Gregory, look forward to an even bigger event next year and hope to see you all again.
