The U/7 players played two matches, having lost one and won one

The players put on their game faces as they used their basic skills of good fielding, bowling and batting to the test.
The organiser, Lynn Muirhead, at the outset, emphasised the importance of fun, fair play, sportsmanship and the ultimate goal, which is to see each child grow and develop in their individual game.

The U/7 players played two matches, having lost one and won one. The U/8’s played fiercely but the Winterton U/8 teams were victorious in both matches.
