Rugby team sponsored with jackets
Representatives from Mortimer took the 25 jackets to LHS on Friday as an initiative to encourage sport at the school

Ladysmith High School’s (LHS) first team rugby players now have beautiful jackets courtesy of Mortimer Toyota. This after the car dealership offered to present 25 jackets to the school, one for each dedicated rugby player.
The school is known for its active participation in all kinds of sport, including rugby, hockey and netball. In this case, the rugby players are the lucky recipients of lovely jackets they are sure to wear with great pride.
Representatives from Mortimer took the 25 jackets to LHS on Friday as an initiative to encourage sport at the school. The “manne” were seen smiling from ear to ear as they slipped their arms into the sleeves.
Teacher and rugby coach Derick Terblanche said they are overthe-moon to receive a gift like this, and it is sure to encourage his players to up their game even more
