ECA swimmers dive in at regional gala

The event was well supported with 500 swimmers representing their regions

On February 15, the KZN Christian Schools Sports Association (KZNCSSA) hosted their regional gala at Lahee Park Swimming Pool, Pinetown.

After many hours of training, eight Elevate Christian Academy (ECA) students were selected to represent Northern Natal competing in breaststroke, freestyle and backstroke.

The event was well supported with 500 swimmers representing their regions.

It was a very successful day with Andrew Tiley (U19) bringing home a silver for 50m freestyle, Micah Kühn a gold for breaststroke (U19), Abbigail Abbott (U19) a silver for backstroke and breaststroke, Jaco Dreyer (U13) a bronze for breastroke and a silver for backstroke, and Hannah Bruce (U19) coming in third for breastroke and freestyle.
