For the love of arts and crafts

The Carnegie Art Gallery will host its annual Arts and Crafts Expo at the Farmers Hall on September 16 from 9am to 12pm. The Expo is open to artists and crafters residing in and around Newcastle and will display an array of local talent united in their love of art.

The event is organised by the gallery in collaboration with the Department of Arts and Culture. Acceptable exhibits include original pieces produced by the artist or crafter themselves, collectibles such as antiques or ornaments, décor items produced by the artist or crafter themselves, photography, ‘make and take’ demonstration tables, books and hobbies.
