‘Money galore’ for Newcastillians

With R27 000 in cash and FreePlay to be won, guests were cautiously optimistic that the odds were in their favour.

Blackrock Casino’s first Money Galore draw of the year took place on Thursday, November 13.

With R27 000 in cash and FreePlay to be won, guests were cautiously optimistic that the odds were in their favour.

Blackrock Casino Marketing Manager, Veneshrie Chetty said: “The atmosphere was amazing on the gaming floor. The cardholders who entered were bursting with excitement before, during and after a total of R22 000 in cash and R5 000 in FreePlay was won.”

“The Platinum winner, Showin Gopaul, walked away a very happy man after winning R10 000 in cash as well as R1 500 in FreePlay. He was ecstatic,” said Mrs Chetty.

The Money Galore draw takes place every Thursday evening at 7pm and will run until the end of January 2015 with a guaranteed R30 000 in cash up for grabs. Adding to the excitement, any cash not won in the weekly draws will be added to the R70 000 grand prize. The final draw will take place on January 31, 2015.

“It couldn’t be easier to get in on the action. Gamers play to earn points for their lucky draw entry tickets by simply playing the slot machines or tables,” explained Mrs Chetty. “Don’t miss out on the fun, make a date with Blackrock on Thursdays.”
