WATCH: Man knocked out for use of K-word
After calling a man the k-word, the white man is knocked to the ground, and then knocked out with a kick to the head.
Earlier this month, a man was knocked out cold during a physical altercation in a mall in Cape Town.
A video of the incident subsequently went viral and it is believed the fight started after the white man called the other man “kaffir”.

According to reports, no charges have been opened with the police.
According to the Urban Dictionary, the word ‘kaffir’ is a derogatory term used by white South Africans when referring to black people.
The word is derived from an Arabic word meaning ‘infidel’ or ‘non believer’.
