Coffee makes the world a better place.

Let’s not deny it; waking up on a Monday morning requires a cup of coffee to help kick-start the day ahead.
After all, most people will admit they are nowhere near functional until they have tasted that rich aroma, which for some reason makes any day feel like it can be handled like a boss.
Despite controversy and reports stating coffee is bad for your health, here are six reasons why coffee is actually good for you.
1. Stress can be reduced just by the smell of coffee
According to researchers at the Seoul National University in South Korea, who tested the brains of rats believed to be stressed, they discovered that those who were exposed to coffee aromas experienced changes in their brain activities which were related to stress.
I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty sure this means if you wish to remain calm and away from an orange jump suit and a prison cell, you should keep drinking coffee!

A study published in 2006 proved people who indulge in at least one cup of coffee a day were less inclined to develop liver cirrhosis, which is usually caused by a large consumption of alcohol. According to the research, consuming coffee had some sort of protective benefit against the disease.

Allegedly, by drinking four or more cups of coffee a day, you are likely to be less depressed than people who don’t drink coffee.

A study done over 20 years at the Brigham Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School allegedly proved women who drink three or more cups of coffee a day were at less risk to develop skin cancer.
2. Your liver thanks you for drinking coffee

3. Coffee is a natural anti-depressant

Allegedly, by drinking four or more cups of coffee a day, you are likely to be less depressed than people who don’t drink coffee.
I for one can confirm – a good cup of coffee sure does put a smile on my face.
