Try one of these easy fixes next time you are feeling blue it will help u feel instantly happier.

1. Get dressed up, just because you can.

3. Write about the last time you did something good for someone else.

4. Turn on your favourite song it will help cheer you up.

5. Go for a facial or book yourself in for a massage. Even just filing your nails and adding a pop of colour can do the trick.

6. Take a nap; you’ll wake up feeling rejuvenated.

7. Take a warm bubble bath, and take along a book you love.

8. Make yourself a hot cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate with added marshmallows.

9. Clean up your space.

This can be your bedroom or office. The one spot you spend most of your time in. It will look fresh and clean and make you feel totally relaxed.

10. Set up a future dinner/ lunch date with your friends. You can think of other things to plan with your loved ones. It will give you something to look forward to!
